TransforMED Board of Directors

TransforMED invited respected leaders in critical industry areas to serve on its Board of Directors and provide guidance. The individuals filling these positions may rotate, but the positions will provide continuity and input from the sole and primary shareholder, the American Academy of Family Physicians. Two positions will be allotted and rotated by the AAFP Board, and one position will be filled by the AAFP Deputy Executive Vice President.
