Quick Tips for Reducing Patient Cycle Times
Patient cycle time is the amount of time in minutes that a patient spends in an office visit, beginning at the time of arrival and ending when the patient leaves the office. Reducing patient cycle time is key to improving efficiency and patient satisfaction. Thes six tips will help keep your practice on target.

Touch Time
The goal in addressing "touch time" is to make the best use of the time the patient has with the physician as well as other members of the practice team and to minimize the amount of "waiting time" for the patient.
