Taylor Haynes, MBA

Project Manager

In her role with TransforMED as a Project Manager, Taylor serves as a team member working directly with Practice Enhancement Facilitators as they support the family medicine practice teams in their effort to transform to the TransforMED Patient-Centered Model.

Taylor manages various aspects of the transformation process including project timelines, schedules and budgets, insuring that projects meet their deliverables.

Taylor came to TransforMED from the American Academy of Family Physicians, where she was the Senior Program Coordinator for the Practice Support division. Her responsibilities included managing an annual Academy award, developing and distributing a weekly private sector environmental scan, coordinating the marketing of specific practice management products, creating an organizing extensive commission meeting agendas, and maintaining budget records for the Health Care Financing and Delivery Systems department.

Taylor earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and Master of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
