Stephanie Plumb, RHIA, MBA

Practice Enhancement Facilitator

In her role with TransforMED as a Practice Enhancement Facilitator, Stephanie supports primary care practices throughout the transformation process of becoming a Patient-Centered Medical Home.

Stephanie brings 13 years of physician practice management, operations experience, accounts receivable and revenue cycle management to TransforMED. She has experience in the traditional office settings as well as with hospital based physician groups. Stephanie has worked directly for practices and as a consultant to assist and manage practices with improving operational efficiencies.

Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from East Carolina University and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Baker University.

She is also a Registered Health Information Administrator through the American Health Information Management Association.
