Sarah Stahl, MBA

Project Manager

In her role with TransforMED as a Project Manager, Sarah serves as a team member working directly with Practice Enhancement Facilitators as they support the family medicine practice teams in their effort to transform to the TransforMED Patient-Centered Model. Sarah manages various aspects of the transformation process including project timelines, schedules and budgets, insuring that projects meet their deliverables

Sarah came to TransforMED from a largely IT background. She has been involved in IT Project/Program Management and has helped bring numerous large projects into fruition. In addition to experience in the IT field, Sarah also has several years of medical billing and practice management experience. Sarah has an in-depth experience with processes and process improvement and is a big promoter of change.

Sarah graduated from Baker University with a B.S. in Management and a Master's of Business Administration degree.
