Michelle Murawski, MHA

Project Manager

In her role with TransforMED as a Project Manager, Michelle serves as a team member working directly with Practice Enhancement Facilitators as they support the family medicine practice teams in their effort to transform to the TransforMED Patient-Centered Model. Michelle manages various aspects of the transformation process including project timelines, schedules and budgets, insuring that projects meet their deliverables.
 
Michelle came to TransforMED from a health care foundation, where she worked on the HIV/AIDS Program. Her responsibilities included managing subgrants, reviewing and monitoring subgrantee performance, data mining, analytics, report development, establishing a data repository and liaison on web-based projects. Michelle is highly involved in the development of tools such as web portals and performance reporting to engage health care and community-based providers in quality improvement efforts and best practices. In her free time she enjoys running marathons.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Sport / Exercise Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Master of Health Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and holds a Business Systems Analyst and Long Term Care Administration certificate.
