Megan Rackish

Project Manager

In her role with TransforMED as a Project Manager, Megan serves as a team member working directly with Practice Enhancement Facilitators as they support the family medicine practice teams in their effort to become Patient-Centered Medical Homes. Within her role as a Project Manager Megan provides a range of support for Practice Enhancement Facilitators in all areas related to practice transformation. In addition, Megan will provide support to the Marketing Coordinator writing News Announcements and Press Releases as needed.

Megan's work history includes roles in marketing and public relations support as well as administration and organizational development. In her previous experience, Megan has been responsible for drafting press releases for clients, developing Web content, and promoting client's brand and image. She comes to TransforMed from IBM where she served as an Account Manager in the New York and New Jersey territory serving as the manager of Life Science and Media and Entertainment accounts in that area. In her role with IBM, Megan was responsible for managing her clients' Information Technology growth, needs, and maintaining their IT success.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Marketing focus from the University of Notre Dame.
