Megan Rackish

Practice Enhancement Facilitator

In her role with TransforMED as a Practice Enhancement Facilitator, Megan assists primary care practices in implementing the components of the TransforMED Patient-Centered Model.

Megan's work history includes roles in marketing and public relations support, as well as administration and organizational development. In her previous experience, Megan has been responsible for drafting press releases for clients, developing Web content, and promoting clients' brand and image. She comes to TransforMED from IBM where she served as an Account Manager in the New York and New Jersey territory, as well as the manager of Life Science, Media and Entertainment accounts in that area. In her role with IBM, Megan was responsible for managing her clients' Information Technology growth, needs, and maintaining their IT success.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a marketing focus from the University of Notre Dame.
