Kristi Bohling-DaMetz, BSN, RN, MBA

Practice Enhancement Facilitator

In her role with TransforMED as a Practice Enhancement Facilitator, Kristi assists family medicine practices with implementing the TransforMED Patient-Centered Model of Care.

After working with pediatric patients and their families in the clinical setting, she gained an early understanding of the need for comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Kristi comes to TransforMED with 13 years of experience creating, marketing, and delivering continuing education and professional development experiences for healthcare providers and adult learners. Kristi’s administrative experience affords a background in coordination of services, team leadership, budget management, assessing best practices, and evaluation of services. Particular areas of interest for Kristi are strength-based solutions and leadership development.

Kristi earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University and a Master of Business Administration from Friends University.
