Kristen Stine, MSOD
Training and Development Manager
As Training and Development Manager, Kristen develops and provides programs and resources to support TransforMED's objectives, culture and continued growth. Kristen’s responsibilities include new employee onboarding and training, development programs to maintain excellent service to TransforMED's clients, and ongoing review and maintenance to ensure efficacy of all training programs.
After accepting her first Training position in 1990, Kristen spent fifteen years in the employee benefits industry. As a result, Kristen gained experience in underwriting, account management and employee development from both the carrier and the broker perspective. Most recently she worked for a large international Broker focused on developing tools and resources used to consult with clients implementing wellness and health promotion programs for their employees.
Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master of Science in Organizational Development.
