Joe GrundyBusiness Development Associate
Joe provides research support for the Practice Enhancement Facilitators on national topics and health care issues, including research on national health reform initiatives, legislative development on both the Federal and state levels, academic work surrounding the Patient-Centered Medical Home concept, and a variety of other areas. Joe's work history has included a variety of positions that engaged in political advocacy, organizational development and administration, analysis, collaborative team building, and policy development. Joe came to TransforMED from the Patient Centered Primary Care Collaborative where he served as the Director of Operations and External Affairs. Within this capacity, he helped oversee the growth of the Collaborative from a small, little known organization into one of the leading advocates of national health reform. He helped shape the integration of the Patient-Centered Medical Home model in various sectors of the health industry across the nation. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in cross-cultural studies from Bard College at Simon's Rock. |
