In his role with TransforMED as a Centers of Excellence Consultant, Doug supports primary care practices and health care systems throughout the transformation process of becoming a Patient-Centered Medical Home or Patient-Centered Medical Neighborhood.

Doug brings over 20 years of business experience and a consumer-centric focus to TransforMED. He has extensive knowledge in change management and organizational development. Doug helps primary care practices and health care organizations move to their desired behaviors, thereby improving patient care, improving patient health, and reducing system costs.

Doug is an Adjunct Professor at Kansas University Graduate Program (Marketing). Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Baker University and Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University.
