Business Development and Vendor Relations Manager

Dan McKean, MBA

In his role as TransforMED's Business Development and Vendor Relations Manager, Dan assists in developing products and services to help practices transform into TransforMED Medical Home Model of Care.

Among his responsibilities will be to work with the TransforMED team to jointly develop and execute processes to ensure TransforMED is successful in meeting the needs of the practices working with TransforMED. Chief among his duties is to collaborate with both clients and vendors to ensure that TransforMED has the tools and applications in place to facilitate this transformation.

Dan has more than 15 years experience in a variety of industries in both the non-profit and for-profit segments. His background includes both domestic and international management leadership in a variety of competencies including key metrics analysis, strategic planning and risk management. Dan has a successful background in orchestrating start ups as well as elevating organizational performance through process improvements. He has been very successful at building and maintaining relationships with key corporate decision makers that lead to mutually beneficial alliances.

Dan received his undergraduate degree in materials engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla and a Masters in Business Administration from Rockhurst University. He is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society.
