Meeting Coordinator

In her role as Meeting Coordinator, Ms. Chapman sets up learning collaborative meetings, medical conferences and Board of Managers meetings. Ms. Chapman brings a host of experience to her role as Meeting Coordinator for TransforMED, including her former employment as a Briefing Coordinator of an Executive Briefing Center, where she provided all aspects of setting up meetings for "C" Level clients: developing agendas, setting up transportation, coordinating evening events, hotel and scheduling speakers. She has held several administrative positions in a variety of venues and has a wealth of knowledge of office procedures and protocol.

She previously owned and operated her own successful transportation company which grew to be the largest company of its kind in the KC area. Ms. Chapman built the business so successfully, she was able to sell the business to pursue other interests. Ms. Chapman remains proud of the high level of customer service she offered -- for which she is still recognized today.
