Colleen brings 20 years of experience in medical practice management of primary care and specialist medical offices. Her successes in leading solo and multiple physician practices to greater efficiency and productivity are accompanied by increased professional satisfaction and improved morale. Rich experience includes expertise in revenue cycle processes and business office efficiencies in both urban and rural settings for start-up and established practices. She has provided leadership in the areas of human resource management and process analysis. Colleen has significant experience working with practices to customize and personalize their transformation efforts to ensure their success in the changing health care environment. Her background also includes working with KaMMCO, a professional liability carrier and providing consulting services for a broad range of medical practices.

Colleen is a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in accounting and music theory. She has served on several insurance company advisory committees and has extensive involvement with non-profit development and leadership.
