Cindy Campbell RN, BSN, MBA

Practice Enhancement Facilitator

Cindy has 20 years of clinical and business experience in the health care setting. She started her career as a critical care nurse and progressed to holding the position of Director of a 40 bed Progressive Care /Cardiac Telemetry unit, managing a staff of approximately 100 personnel.  In this role, Cindy was successful at staff development, increasing staff and patient satisfaction, and creating a New Graduate Internship program for new RNs.

Since then she has held Director positions in the private healthcare sector and has gained a variety of experience that includes business development, personnel management, project management, team building, value analysis, product conversion, and program development.

In her last role prior to coming to TransforMED, Cindy worked to bring cost-saving opportunities, efficiencies and standardization in patient care products and pricing to the acute care setting. Cindy was successful at bringing over a million dollars of costs savings to the organization.

In her current role with TransforMED as a Practice Enhancement Facilitator, Cindy assists primary care medical practices to implement the TransforMed Patient-centered Medical Home within their practice.

Cindy grew up in the Kansas City area and received her Bachelors in Nursing from the University of Kansas and a Masters in Business Administration from University of St. Mary in Leavenworth, Kansas.
