Administrative Coordinator

In her role with TransforMED as an Administrative Coordinator, Artrice represents one of the key public faces to external clients and stakeholders. She is the first voice you hear when you call into the office or send a request via the TransforMED or Delta Exchange website. Artrice supports the Practice Enhancement Facilitators and Project Managers in developing presentation materials and preparing materials for kickoff meetings and/or site visits. She is also an integral part of the Business Development/Marketing Team by making the first initial call to future clients and setting clients up in the Delta Exchange Network.
 
Artrice has 11 years of diversified experience in for-profit and non-profit organizations and has held positions as an Event Manager, Catering Sales Manager and Sr. Facilities Planning Coordinator. She has had proven success in on-time and under budget projects, budget preparation, contract negotiations, project planning, and program development. She is currently obtaining her Associates degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Web Development.
