Anthony Murdock, MSOD

Practice Enhancement Facilitator

In his role with TransforMED as a Practice Enhancement Facilitator, Anthony assists primary care practices in assessing their current processes and identifying areas of strength to help aid them in implementing the components of the TransforMED Patient-Centered Model.
 
Anthony came to TransforMED from Sprint University, where he worked as a Human Resource Developer for 12 years, helping coach and develop employee skills in Leadership and Development, assist teams in organizational development efforts, as well as increase their proficiencies in system applications, data management and reporting.

Anthony is also certified to deliver 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and DiSC surveys, both in which identify key areas of growth and development for individuals, personally and professionally which also brings value to their organizations.
 
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Master of Science in Organizational Development.
